Account Deletion

Sahla Delivery – Last updated: February 2026

You can request deletion of your Sahla Delivery account and associated data at any time. We provide an in-app flow so you can delete your account yourself.

How to delete your account

To delete your account and associated data:

  1. Open the Sahla Delivery app on your device.
  2. Go to Profile (or Account / Settings).
  3. Find and tap Delete Account.
  4. Confirm deletion when prompted. This action is permanent.
Note: Account deletion is permanent. We will remove or anonymize your profile, order history, favorites, reviews, and other account data in line with our Privacy Policy.

What we remove

When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize:

Some data may be retained where required by law (for example for legal or tax purposes). Details are in our Privacy Policy.
